Introduction

Tuxera’s FFS Support Portal is designed to allow our users to ask questions, submit help requests and bug reports (cases), and otherwise interact with the Tuxera Support Team. It also serves as a place for our Engineering- and Support Team members to exchange information to help guide the development of Fusion.

The Portal is available to anyone with a valid Support and Maintenance contract with Tuxera, and with certain limitations to those who are in the process of evaluating Fusion.

How to obtain a portal account?

In order to submit questions or help requests to the Tuxera Support Team, you need a portal account. To enroll for an account, please contact the team at [email protected]. Be sure to include your full contact details, unless they are featured in your signature. Once we've reviewed your request, you will receive an invitation with instructions for activating your account.
