How to access the landing page

To log in, proceed to get.support.tuxera.com.

You'll be presented with a login prompt like this:

Enter the username and password provided to you during enrollment to access the landing page.

Landing Page Overview

Once logged in, you will find yourself on the Fusion File Share Support portal landing page.
The landing page features are as listed:

Title	Title	Title
1	Your profile	Use your profile link to view and edit your account information. You can also find and continue your previous exchanges with support.
2	Search field	The search field can be used to locate information within the portal.*
3	Contact links	These links allow you to contact the Support Team for questions or to report issues.
4	Documentation	View supporting documentation and knowledge-base articles.
